1. Booking Policy

• All bookings made through Gorilla Adventure Bali are final.

• Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is only permitted once and only in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or official travel restrictions.

• All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• We reserve the right to approve or reject rescheduling requests.

3. Arrival Time & Responsibility

• Participants must arrive on time at the scheduled meeting point or pick-up location.

• If you are late or miss your scheduled activity, we will consider it a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

• It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure all contact details are accurate and communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp, phone) are active.

4. Activity Requirements

• Some activities may require a certain level of physical fitness. Please read the package description carefully before booking.

• Guests with certain health conditions (such as pregnancy or recent surgery) should consult with us before joining any adventure activity.

5. Safety & Liability

• While we prioritize safety, participants join our tours at their own risk.

• Gorilla Adventure Bali and its team are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the activity, unless caused by proven negligence.

• All guests are expected to follow the guide’s instructions for their own safety and the safety of others.

6. Agreement

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions above.
